Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Movie Trailer & LiSA Theme Song Debut!

Aniplex USA has released the 3rd trailer for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train. The movie is a continuation of the anime series that aired in 2019. It will release in theaters in the USA and Canada in 2021. The movie will debut in Japan on October 16, 2020.

The movie could be a direct sequel to the events that happened within the anime. This time, Tanjiro and also the Demon Slayer corps follow the Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku onto a train to search a string of mysterious disappearances. However, it seems to be a trap set by Enmu, one in all the Twelve Kizuki, which sends Tanjiro. Therefore the others into what seems to be an endless nightmare during their journey.

Ufotable is animating Mugen Train, and also the cast reprises their roles from the anime also. Daisuke Hirakawa voices Enmu, and Landon McDonald is that the English voice actor. The trailer also features the movie’s theme song, “Homura,” sung by LiSA. You will remember her from her work on the opening songs for the Sword Art Online series.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train releases in theaters in the USA and Canada in 2021.
